WWE Files Trademark For Ring Name Of Former Wrestler

WWE filed for a trademark on Hillbilly Jim on October 24th through the USPTO.

James Morris, the wrestler who played Hillbilly Jim, was signed by WWE in 1984 and stayed until 1990.

He later returned as a manager in 1995, managing The Godwins before leaving in 1997. Morris was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018.
