Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE wants Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to appear at Survivor Series this year.
As it stands right now, it would be for an appearance, not a match. Things can change though between now and then due to The Rock’s busy schedule.
The speculation is having Rock appear at the show would help build to a potential match with WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. This match has been rumored since last year.
The belief is it could take place at AT&T Stadium in Dallas for WrestleMania 38, or the new SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles for WrestleMania 39.
