WWE has named a new member to its Board of Directors.
According to a SEC filing that was filed by the company on Thursday, Lahoud Ignace will be joining the company as a director.
Lahoud previously worked as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Disney Consumer Products and Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media. He is also the current CEO of Majid Al Futtaim. That is a Dubai-based holding company which owns and operates shopping malls, retail, and leisure establishments in the Middle East and North Africa.
