WWE NXT is set to go against Ring of Honor Final Battle by putting on an event this December.
Sean Ross Sapp reports that WWE NXT talent have been told that December 10th will be the date of their next Premium Live Event, believed to be titled ‘NXT Deadline.’
WWE filed a trademark for NXT Deadline earlier this month.
While the two shows will air on the same day, it is believed that ROH Final Battle will occur in the afternoon and NXT Deadline will be at night.
It was also reported that “the plan is to hold the event from the WWE Performance Center” and it will be announced during tomorrow night’s NXT Halloween Havoc event.
