The following is from our play-by-play coverage of the WWE NXT TakeOver: Phoenix event in Phoenix, Arizona at the Talking Stick Resort Arena on the WWE Network:

WWE NXT Tag Team Champions The Undisputed Era vs. The War Raiders

They start brawling to begin the match with Strong taking out Hanson with a drop kick to the floor. Rowe took them out with a series of clotheslines followed up by Hanson with one of his own. Rowe tossed Hanson off the apron onto their opponents. Strong went for a shoulder block but was knocked down. Rowe with a drop kick to Strong then Hanson with a splash in the corner for a near fall.

O’Reilly now tagged in and worked over Hanson with a series of chops and kicks. Moments later, Rowe got into the ring and started taking out the champions. He no sold a punch by O’Reilly and tossed Strong into his partner to get a pop. O’Reilly connected with a flying knee to Rowe off the apron. Hanson missed a dive through the ropes and crashed onto the floor.

Rowe spiked O’Reilly in the corner but the numbers game got the better of O’Reilly. Strong with a back breaker to Rowe for 2. O’Reilly went for an ambar on Rowe and got it until Strong hit a back breaker to him for 2. Rowe tossed O’Reilly onto Fish on the apron. Both nasty landings. Strong took out Hanson with a drop kick then hit one to Rowe. Rowe and O’Reilly exchanged right hands until Rowe caught him with a knee strike to the face. Hanson got the hot tag and landed a series of strikes to Strong then a big splash. Hanson landed a major league clothesline to O’Reilly. Hanson with a series of clotheslines to the champions. Hanson with a powerslam to O’Reilly then a broncobuster to Strong for 2. Strong with a big clothesline to Hanson then got the tag to O’Reilly and so does Rowe. This led to Strong hitting a gut buster to Rowe but Hanson hit a big powerslam to O’Reilly for 2 as Strong took out Rowe with a dive outside of the ring.

Rowe with a powerbomb to O’Reilly then Hanson with a splash off the top rope for 2 as Strong broke it up. Hanson went to the top rope but Strong caught him and hit a suplex then O’Reilly with a knee drop for 2. Strong with an olympic slam to Hanson for 2. The champions hit their finisher to Hanson for a near fall. Hanson fired back with a spring board back elbow to the champions then Rowe with a Hanson Star Elbow then the challengers hit their finisher off the top rope for the win.

Winner: The War Raiders – NEW Champions!
