Bray Wyatt returned to WWE at Saturday night’s Extreme Rules 2022 pay-per-view event.
According to a report from Fightful, multiple sources are saying that Wyatt’s return was “well-received” and the company was extremely happy with the way the ‘White Rabbit’ teases resonated with the fans.
Additionally, it was said that the week after Vince McMahon departed WWE, several top members of the new regime were optimistic about Wyatt’s return. The report also notes that several of the teases had to be approved in advance, but most of WWE’s creative team didn’t have much, if any input in the QR codes.
And finally, Wyatt reportedly has a very good relationship with Rob Fee, who recently signed with WWE as their Director of Longterm Creative. The two men are expected to be working closely together going forward.
