WWE’s 50th Anniversary Plans, Austin’s New Show, & More

— The official WWE website has published an article recalling seven of the “wildest” and most “outrageous” individuals to appear for the World Bodybuilding Federation, a bodybuilding organization founded in 1990 by Vince McMahon that lasted through 1992. Among those profiled with accompanying photos and video are “The Flexing Dutchman” Berry de May, “The Giant Killer” Danny Padilla, “Dark Angel” Aaron Baker, “The Executioner” Johnnie Morant, “The Phoenix” Vince Comerford, “California Personified” Troy Zuccolotto and short-lived organization’s lone champion, Gary Strydom.

— WWE has started work on a book to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the company and its history. They are also working on a 50th anniversary DVD set.

— “Stone Cold” Steve Austin has tweeted again about his new reality TV show after he filmed a pilot yesterday. He wrote: “Had an action packed day shooting a pilot show today. Lots of bust ass action. Round 2 tomorrow. So far. So good.”
