Some of you may have noticed that the CBS Network used WWE’s “Then Now Forever” slogan during the Super Bowl. For what it’s worth, Pwinsider is reporting that WWE filed a trademark for the “Then Now Forever” slogan on February 4th, which was only one day after CBS used it during their Super Bowl coverage.
As many of you WWE fans know by now, the company has been using the slogan since 2012. WWE filed the trademark for, “…shows about professional wrestling; entertainment services, namely, the production and exhibition of professional wrestling events rendered live and through broadcast media including television, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and wrestling information via a global computer network.”
