WWE will be holding a set of double TV tapings for NXT and SmackDown next week.
According to sources, next week’s WWE NXT TV tapings will be for two weeks worth of episodes. Additionally, Friday’s WWE SmackDown TV tapings in Salt Lake City, UT will also be a double taping.
As far as the double SmackDown taping is concerned, this is due to the 2024 WWE Elimination Chamber taking place in Australia. That means the talent will need some time to travel.
It is said that WWE talent will be heading to the country after the RAW TV tapings in Anaheim, California on February 19th. Several WWE SmackDown talents are expected to be at that taping.
