Welcome to another edition of WWE Recap Report — a breakdown of the biggest takeaways of the week from WWE programming for those who may have missed out.
Whether you need to catch up on a show, had too busy of a week to stay on top of the breaking news or just skipped out on WWE as a whole, I’ve got you covered.
Obviously, not every single thing will be recapped here in detail. But this is your TL;DR of the week to be caught up to speed before the next Monday Night Raw so you’re not left in the dark.
With that being said, here is a quick rundown of this week in WWE.
MONDAY NIGHT RAW
- RK-Bro retained the Raw Tag Team Championship over The Street Profits by pinfall.
- Rhea Ripley defeated Liv Morgan by submission.
- Finn Balor defeated Damian Priest by disqualification after Edge interfered. Balor and AJ Styles fought Priest and Edge, but Ripley tipped the scales, so the heels came out of the fight standing tall.
- VIP Lounge with Omos led to Bobby Lashley interrupting and fighting with Omos and Cedric Alexander.
- Alexa Bliss defeated Sonya Deville by pinfall in a quick match. Deville is no longer an authority figure and is just a competitor.
- Kevin Owens posed as his older brother to try to expose Ezekiel as Elias. They fought and Owens had some help with Alpha Academy.
- Veer Mahaan squashed a local competitor by submission.
- United States Championship Match: Cody Rhodes defeated Austin Theory by disqualification after interference from Seth Rollins.
- Sasha Banks and Naomi defeated Nikki A.S.H. and Doudrop by pinfall.
- Ciampa defeated Mustafa Ali by pinfall. The Miz was the special guest referee.
- Bianca Belair defeated Asuka by disqualification due to interference by Becky Lynch.
NXT
- NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship Match: Toxic Attraction (c) defeated Roxanne Perez and Wendy Choo by pinfall.
- Tiffany Stratton and Grayson Waller spent some time together. Waller is looking forward to teaching Andre Chase a lesson and getting some revenge for his loss last week to Nathan Frazer.
- Damon Kemp has been brought into Diamond Mine through Roderick Strong. The Creed Brothers are still upset about Strong interfering in their match last week with The Viking Raiders and want another match with Erik and Ivar where they can win legitimately.
- NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament Round 1 Match: Fallon Henley defeated Sloane Jacobs by pinfall.
- Alba Fyre defeated Amari Miller by pinfall.
- Solo Sikoa cut a promo about wanting another shot at the North American Championship. Cameron Grimes came out and brought up In Your House for another rematch. Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams attacked Grimes, but Sikoa made the save.
- Tony D’Angelo’s crew took out Cruz Del Toro as revenge for Legado del Fantasma’s abduction of AJ Galante last week. Next week, D’Angelo and Santos Escobar will fight.
- Mixed Tag Team Match: Sarray and Andre Chase defeated Tiffany Stratton and Grayson Waller by pinfall.
- Ikemen Jiro attacked Von Wagner during an interview to get some revenge on Wagner wrecking him a few weeks back.
- NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament Round 1 Match: Nikkita Lyons defeated Arianna Grace by pinfall.
- Natalya defeated Cora Jade by submission as Jade passed out in the Sharpshooter. Natalya then offered Jade her hand out of respect.
MAIN EVENT
- T-Bar defeated Reggie
- Apollo Crews defeated Akira Tozawa
NXT UK
- Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter defeated Gallus (Joe Coffey and Mark Coffey) by pinfall.
- Ivy Nile defeated Nina Samuels by submission.
- Dave Mastiff and Jack Starz parodied The Godfather and plan to teach Die Familie a lesson. Next week, A-Kid will face Charlie Dempsey in a Heritage Cup Rules match. A video package highlighted
- Ilja Dragunov retained the NXT UK Championship over Jordan Devlin. At first, the referee counted a pinfall while Dragunov’s foot was on the ropes. Johnny Saint then came out to clarify what happened and restarted the match. Then, Dragunov retained the title by pinfall. This was also a Loser Leaves NXT UK match, so Devlin is gone.
FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN
- Riddle defeated Sami Zayn by pinfall.
- Ronda Rousey had an open challenge and retained the SmackDown Women’s Championship over Raquel Rodriguez by pinfall.
- Happy Corbin sent Madcap Moss to the hospital with a steel chair and the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal trophy.
- Sasha Banks and Naomi retained the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship over Natalya and Shayna Baszler by pinfall.
- Butch defeated Kofi Kingston by pinfall.
- After a Roman Reigns promo about not having anyone left to fight, The Usos accepted RK-Bro’s challenge for a title unification.
NXT LEVEL UP
- Trick Williams defeated Javier Bernal
- Elektra Lopez defeated Thea Hail
- Sanga defeated Dante Chen
