As reported earlier here on eWrestlingNews.com, Sasha Banks’ WWE Women’s Title shot is being held off until the WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view event in August. Current plans call for Charlotte to be involved in a two-month feud with Natalya for the title and Banks will be factored in as we head towards SummerSlam.
For what it’s worth, the original plan for WWE WrestleMania 32 was for Charlotte to face-off against Sasha Banks in a singles match. Of course, Becky Lynch was added to the match, making it a triple threat match for the Women’s Championship.
