Is there any way besides injury, that WWE doesn’t go forward with the rumored Roman Reigns dethroning Brock Lesnar idea?
Although there have been rumors that WWE Management is serious about pushing Roman Reigns as John Cena’s so-called successor regarding being the next “Face of the WWE,” I don’t see Reigns facing The Beast Incarnate at WrestleMania 31 presumably for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Knowing Vince McMahon and his desire for getting humongous buyrates for WrestleMania and other major PPVs, don’t be surprised to see Lesnar take on the man who ended CM Punk’s 434-day reign as WWE Champion at the 2013 Royal Rumble. Yes, I’m talking about Dwayne Johnson, AKA The Rock.
As for Reigns, I look for him to be the man who could perhaps end The Authority’s reign of terror as I expected him to take on the leader of The Authority, Triple H in what I think should be a very memorable match on par with The Game’s match against Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania XXX.
The Prototype looked like he was primed for a decent career in the WWE. Why do you think he never made it?
Believe it or not, “The Prototype” was in fact the current “Face of the WWE,” John Cena. Here is Cena as “The Prototype” taking on Shelton Benjamin:
