Highlights:

  • Crazy stunts happened in the Anarchy In The Arena match, including Darby Allin being hung upside down, Jack Perry trying to kill Darby Allin with a vehicle, Darby Allin setting Jack Perry on fire with a flamethrower, and many other things.
  • Swerve Strickland retained the AEW World Championship against Christian Cage after everyone at ringside were sent to the back by the referee for being caught interfering.
  • After Mercedes Mone won the TBS Championship, Kris Statlander and Stokely Hathaway turned on Willow Nightingale.
  • During the Barbed Wire Steel Cage match for the TNT Championship, Gangrel appeared by climbing through the ring mat to help Adam Copeland. He hit a couple of Impaler DDTs on the House Of Black to assist Copeland in retaining against Malakai Black.
  • Adam Cole was confronted by a returning MJF, who hit him with a low blow, and then cut a promo about being back in AEW and trusting nobody going forward.
  • Chris Jericho hired ‘Bounty Hunter’ Bryan Keith to help him retain the FTW Championship against Hook and Katsuyori Shibata.
  • Once again, Don Callis tried to convince Will Ospreay to use the Tiger Driver ’91, this time in his match against Roderick Strong. After setting him up for it, Ospreay decided against doing so, but still went on to win the match and the International Championship.
  • After losing to Orange Cassidy, Trent Beretta implied that he may be done with AEW.
