On a recent edition of the “Wrestling With Rip Rogers” podcast, former AEW producer Ace Steel spoke about the ongoing storyline involving The Devil and AEW World Heavyweight Champion MJF.
While fans have speculated the mysterious figure to be former FTW Champion Jack Perry, Steel noted that he doesn’t really think it matters.
Steel said, “I have no idea. It’s probably Jack Perry. Who knows. I really don’t have a fu**ing clue. I don’t think it matters at this point. Doesn’t matter.”
Perry hasn’t been around since AEW All In 2023 due to a suspension stemming from his backstage altercation with CM Punk at Wembley Stadium in London, England.
