As we have been reporting here on eWn, Adam Cole suffered extensive damage to his ankle at AEW Grand Slam 2023, which requires two different surgeries to repair.
Cole underwent the first surgery earlier this month. He will have a plate and eight screws in his ankle following the second surgery.
Cole recently took to Twitter to thank fans for their love and support, writing,
“Emotionally, this has been the most challenging injury of my career. Without question. Thank you to EVERYONE who has reached out & shown support. Means more than you know. I will do everything in my power to get back to work doing what I love to do. Because I’m #AdamColeBayBay”
