We reported last week here on eWn that AEW recently filed a trademark for “AEW Elevation”. That led to some speculation that this would be the name of their second planned show on the TNT Network. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, that is not the case.
For what it’s worth, Tony Khan said during a media call for Winter is Coming that he was seriously considering splitting AEW Dark into two shows. One of the shows would be for developmental talent and the other would be for more established talent.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there are only 130 tickets left for next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. The show will take place at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida and will feature Kenny Omega vs. Rey Fenix in a AEW World Championship match.
