The feud between Adam Copeland and Christian Cage continues on, as the former Edge made his return on Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
Copeland came down to make the save after Cage and his group were assisting following Killswitch’s win over Matt Manard. Copeland fought off Nick Wayne and Killswitch before chasing Cage out of the arena.
The camera panned to the backstage area, where Cage stole a car and drove off. Copeland then challenged Cage to an “I Quit” match on the March 20th episode of AEW Dynamite. Tony Khan later confirmed that the match would be taking place.
