Former ROH World Champion RUSH has announced that he is ready to return to the ring.

RUSH has been on the sidelines since suffering a torn hamstring during the recent AEW Continental Classic tournament. He last competed in an eight-man tag team match at AEW Worlds End on December 30, 2023.

RUSH tweeted, “EL TORO BLANCO IS READY TO RETURN #AEWDynamite #AEW #LFI”

On a recent edition of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, ECW legend Tommy Dreamer praised AEW for reinstating the rankings system. He said,

“I like them [the rankings]. It’s an easier way to have men and women fight for a purpose if you’re looking at just straight-up wins and losses.”

AEW restarted the rankings system for the first time since September 2022 this past week.
