Ruby Soho, the former Ruby Riott, made her AEW debut at the All Out pay-per-view event by winning the women’s Casino Battle Royale. She was let go by WWE earlier this year due to budget cuts.
Fightful Select reported today that there was “immediate” interest in her from AEW and other companies. Fightful was told as far back as July that they had heard that Soho would be joining the company.
Several WWE Superstars were very excited about her debut as she was well-liked by the talent while with the company.
Many within All Elite Wrestling were said to have pushed for her to sign.
