As announced on Monday, Sting will headline this year’s WWE Hall of Fame class. In an update on the 2016 WWE Hall of Fame, there are already a bunch of rumors on who will join Sting in this year’s class. According to sources, the Fabulous Freebirds are “all but confirmed” to be announced in the coming weeks. There is some talk as to whether Jimmy Garvin should be included alongside the rest of the group. Michael Hayes is pushing that he join them and all signs point to it happening.
Also, the talk backstage is that Stan Hansen and JBL are being considered for 2016 inductions. JBL is not a lock but one source says, “many will not be surprised to see it happen.”
Vader recently teased a Hall of Fame induction as he posted a WWE HOF graphic on his Twitter account, but there haven’t been any real solid talks regarding him being inducted.
The 2016 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony takes place the night before WrestleMania 32 in Dallas, Texas.
