The reason WWE is keeping WWE women’s champion Charlotte and WWE NXT women’s wrestler Asuka apart on the upcoming Japanese tour is because there may be plans between the two in the future.
For what it’s worth, WWE is expecting the July 4th edition of Monday night RAW to be the lowest rated show of the modern TV era, possibly the lowest rated show in history. This is due to the American holiday and very low ratings these days.
