As seen on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw in Boston, MA at the TD Garden on the USA Network, Big E beat Bobby Lashley after cashing in his Money in the Bank contract to win the WWE Title.
Pwinsider.com reports there was a huge uptick in morale among the wrestlers at the show. The locker room was genuinely excited for him to win the title as Big E is beloved by the locker room. It was seen as a huge deal.
Some people on the SmackDown roster said that they wished they could’ve been there for the moment.
