As we reported last night here on eWn, Don Callis suffered a legitimate injury on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. During a backstage brawl, Callis took a worked punch from Jon Moxley and struck a lighting rig. The manager of Kenny Omega suffered a large gash and was taken to the hospital following the accident.
According to a report from the Wrestling Observer, Callis did not suffer a concussion but he did receive a lot of stitches. The cut was described as a “giant, deep gash.”
