Backstage Update On Karrion Kross Returning To WWE, Triple H’s Involvement

As seen during Friday night’s episode of WWE SmackDown, Karrion Kross and Scarlett made their returns to WWE. The two were released from the company in November of 2021 when Vince McMahon was charge.

Since taking over WWE, Triple H has brought back Karrion Kross, Scarlett, and Dakota Kai. When the three were released, “The Game” wasn’t happy about it as he saw a ton of potential in them.

According to a report from Fightful, Triple H is expected to stay ‘aggressive’ in his new roles.

In addition to re-hiring Kross, Scarlett and Kai, Triple H also made sure that Iyo Sky stayed with the company. He also made sure Max Dupri (LA Knight) would return to the Maximum Male Models storyline. He’s also been aggressively trying to get Sasha Banks and Naomi to return to WWE.

According to sources, the signings of Kross and Scarlett happened ‘very quickly’. Triple H was personally involved in the talks and promised the two of them big things in the future. He also apologized to Kross for the past masked gimmick Vince McMahon had him in when he was called up to the main roster, and promised nothing like that would happen with him in charge.

Additionally, several WWE officials had been discussing adding talent to the main roster earlier this week. There is also said to have been a ‘feeling out process’ with other talent possibly returning. Triple H has plans to try to give the roster more depth in the coming weeks and months, which will result in less rematches taking place.

And finally, there were several individual talent meetings with Triple H that took place over the course of the last week. Those personal face-to-face meetings were said to have gone over well with some of the talent involved.
