According to reports, the idiot who attacked Bret Hart at the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony has been released from jail. According to PWInsider, Zachary Madsen was released from The Brooklyn Detention Complex on Wednesday after someone paid his bond of $1,500.
Madsen is reportedly an amateur MMA fighter and was charged with two counts of assault in the third degree and trespassing. When he’s sentenced, he faces up to two years in jail on the assault charges and 90 days on the trespassing charge. A hearing on the case will be held tomorrow (Friday).
