At the end of last month, Bully Ray was a guest on Chris Jericho’s “Talk is
Jericho” podcast. During that time, he revealed that he used to work in the
adult film industry.
He said: “I wanted to do three things when I was a kid. I wanted to
be a pro wrestler, I wanted to be a rock star, and I wanted to be a porn
star.”
The adult film work happened due to his relationship with wrestling promoter
and film director Rob Black. Ray said he got Black into pro wrestling along with
former ECW valet Jasmin St. Claire. He said that he met Black during an ECW show
in Rochester, who was a wrestling fan. Black said he wanted to work in wrestling
while Ray said he wanted to direct porn. Both men got their wish a week later.
When Jericho asked if Ray could name any of his films, he replied: “I don’t
think I can say them on the air.”
Black also managed to get Ron Jeremy to appear in one of Ray’s films after
Ray was told he could have any star he wanted.
