It appears we’ll be seeing a battle of Ricky S’s in the form of Ricky Starks vs. Ricky Steamboat taking place at AEW All Out 2023 this Sunday night.
On Wednesday night, AEW President Tony Khan took to Twitter to announce that Ricky Starks will be appearing on Saturday night’s episode of AEW Collision to challenge the WWE Hall of Famer to a Strap Match at AEW All Out 2023. Khan wrote,

This Saturday on @TNTdrama, Absolute @starkmanjones will appear LIVE on AEW Collision to challenge Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat to a strap match THIS Sunday at #AEWAllOut!”
As we previously reported here on eWn, the original plan was for CM Punk vs. Ricky Starks to headline AEW All Out 2023. With CM Punk being suspended following his backstage fight with Jack Perry at All In 2023, plans had to be changed.
