Will FTR be returning to WWE once their contracts with AEW expire? Perhaps not now that Vince McMahon is back.
McMahon returned to WWE earlier this month, less than six months after his retirement in July 2022 over allegations of sexual misconduct and millions paid in NDAs.
Speaking on his FTR podcast, Dax Harwood addressed whether McMahon’s return to WWE affects any possible future decisions by the tag team. He said,
“We’ll talk about what I’m gonna do in the future, and now that I’m thinking about that, with him back at the helm… makes things a little questionable for me.”
FTR is currently taking a break from AEW and it is believed their contracts with the promotion will expire later this year.
