Former WWE Superstar Mandy Rose has questioned why she wasn’t allowed to operate her website and be a wrestler for the promotion at the same time.
Rose was released by WWE in December 2022 after NXT higher-ups learned of the explicit content shared on her site.
While speaking with The New York Post, the Toxic Attraction alum questioned the decision. She said,
“I am grateful and very humbled with everything I’ve done and made at the company [WWE], but in today’s day and age, there are so many other avenues and so many other marketing opportunities. It’s like, why can’t I do both? At the end of the day, I’m the only one watching out for myself and my career. Everyone’s replaceable in our business, it’s true.”
Rose also questioned what deemed a photo or video ‘too racy’ in the eyes of those running NXT. She added,
“What’s the definition of racy? The photo of me with two titles – I was completely naked underneath, that’s considered a racy photo, right?”
Rose is currently serving a non-compete clause with WWE and made over $1 million in December 2022 from her website.
