During Sunday night’s WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view event, “The Rated R Superstar” Edge won the 2021 Royal Rumble match by last eliminating “The Viper” Randy Orton. Edge joins Shawn Michaels and Hulk Hogan as the third man to have won the Royal Rumble match on two occasions, winning his first Royal Rumble match in 2010. Edge is also the third man in Royal Rumble history to have won the Royal Rumble match as the #1 entrant (Shawn Michaels in 1995, Chris Benoit in 2004).
