Last Saturday, El Hijo del Vikingo worked a match at the Ring of Honor TV tapings with Gravity and Metalik against Tony Nese, Angelico, and Serpentico.
According to a report from Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, the AAA Mega Champion may have sustained an injury during the match as Vikingo attempted a dive, but his tag team partners failed to catch him.
There is concern that he may have broken his hip, but it is hoped that it is only a deep bruise. Vikingo was seen in a wheelchair on Sunday and is expected to take time off to recover.
