Matt Hardy recently gained control of Ethan Page’s AEW contract, and Page seems to develop a deeper level of disbelief about Hardy with each passing week.
Speaking on a recent edition of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Page shared an anecdote about all that he witnessed during The Firm Deletion match at the Hardy Family Compound. He said,
“This man has a freaking arcade, and in this arcade, when his children beat me in these games that we played, they got tickets that came out of the machine, and on the tickets, it says Matt Hardy. This is the real deal. You can take these tickets, I watched his sons do this, you can take these tickets to a wall of prizes, where you can purchase a Matt Hardy with your tickets.”
Speaking recently on the “Bleav In Pro Wrestling” podcast, AEW TBS Champion Kris Statlander shared her thoughts on dethroning Jade Cargill and putting an end to her impressive 508-day title reign.
Statlander defeated Cargill to capture the TBS Title at AEW Double Or Nothing 2023, and she declared her ambition to retain the championship even if Cargill comes calling.

On the circumstances leading up to her win: “It’s hard to really say what is the right or wrong thing to do [with] wrestling. Jade fell because of her overconfidence … it’s not my fault that she put out the open challenge and I took advantage of that.”
On the factors surrounding the rationale of the match: “Sure, I was fresh, because I didn’t just have a match and she did, but I also [hadn’t] wrestled a match in nine months. I think that everything we did made sense … One day, when she comes back, [I] can prove that it wasn’t just a fluke.”
