If nothing else, Finn Balor always loves to keep fans guessing.
The “Demon” is constantly updating his character, and his recent decision to switch to long tights is no exception. Balor switched up his ring presentation after turning heel and joining the Judgment Day faction, alongside Damien Priest and Rhea Ripley. Balor recently spoke to the Cheap Heat podcast about his decision to make the change, and how it was a long time coming. You can read highlights of the interview below:
On making the change to his gear: “Just thought I’d try something different with the new kind of direction that the character’s going. I felt like a new visual look might be worth a try, as well.”
On the in-ring effect of his new gear: “I’m not used to like, being so restricted with my movements, you know? It is a lot more sweaty in there, so I’m still kinda adjusting to getting used to that. But I like it. So far, so good.”
