The long-time ring announcer for Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), Jon Ian, has passed away. Ian worked as a promoter and commissioner for Mach-1 Wrestling. He also worked for a lot of other independent promotions in California.
Ian had several lengthy hospital stays over the past few years. At one point, he spent three and a half weeks in a coma.
