Jon Moxley defeated Jay White and Swerve Strickland to win the Gold League Finals of the AEW Continental Classic last night on AEW Dynamite.

Moxley will face Blue League winner Eddie Kingston this Saturday at the Worlds End 2023 pay-per-view event.

In a video posted to Tiktok, White addressed his loss in the tournament. He said,

Where do I go after this loss, huh? This isn’t nothing new to me, this is no new territory to me. I’ve been here before. What? So I lost the match so I’m lost now? No, I’ve been here before and every time I’ve been in this situation, I tell myself that I’m right where I’m meant to be. See, I failed before. I’ve failed plenty of times. I’ve succeeded and you know how I’ve succeeded? Because I failed time and time again and I get to this moment right here where it comes down to how I look at it. How do I wanna look at it? Am I where I’m meant to be or did I lose and I’m now lost? The good thing about that is that it’s me. It’s me in this situation, so all it takes is one man’s belief. It’s lucky that one man is myself because all it takes for me to reach…not reach. What it takes for me to retain the heights I’ve reached before and I continue to reach…all it takes is my belief. A belief of myself that got me here. So long as I have my own belief, not anybody else’s, the fans…So long as I have my own belief, nothing will stop me from slithering along to where I’m going. Because I’m on that path to my destiny. You see, belief alone can be a remarkable thing.

Moxley pinned White to emerge as the victor on last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
