Pat McAfee made a surprise appearance at WWE Fastlane 2023 in his hometown of Indianapolis.
McAfee stated that Indianapolis deserves a WrestleMania, before introducing John Cena for the tag team match.
The former NFL athlete then joined Michael Cole and Corey Graves on commentary.
McAfee has been absent from WWE for the majority of this year due to his College Gameday duties, and prior to Saturday night, his last appearance was on the September 15th episode of SmackDown where he shared the ring with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
