WWE personality Kayla Braxton has apologized over an insensitive tweet about Aaron Carter after the singer/actor’s death.
Carter died yesterday in Lancaster, California at the age of 34.
In a tweet, Braxton insinuated that Carter’s battles with addiction led to his death, but deleted the tweet after backlash from fans.

In a follow-up, the host of WWE’s ‘The Bump’ explained that she was told his death was due to addiction, but it has not been confirmed, and she does not want to spread false information.
TMZ reports that Carter’s body was found in his bathtub, and law enforcement said they received a 911 call at 11 AM on Saturday that a male had drowned in the tub.
