Former WWE Superstar Kelly Kelly has spoken about how “different” the locker room of today is, compared to her time as an active wrestler.

Kelly debuted on WWE programming in 2006 as part of the newly-debuted ECW brand and would become a one-time Divas Champion before her exit in 2012.

The former Superstar has made a handful of appearances since 2012, including becoming the first female WWE 24/7 Champion in 2019.

Speaking on the “GAW TV” podcast, Kelly spoke about the differences she has noticed in today’s locker room compared to yesteryear, saying,

“It’s very different. I feel like when we were there, all the girls, we were so close, tight-knit. Maybe they are. I just know when we were there, it was just like everybody was together talking in the locker room, sitting down.

“Then I feel like when I went back, no one was really in the locker room. Everyone was kind of doing their own thing.”

Kelly noted that she feels the current environment in the WWE women’s locker room is “totally fine,” but it’s simply different.
