Wrestling veteran Konnan has made his views on Tony Khan’s “all over the place” booking clear, saying he is responsible for AEW talent going unused.
Multiple AEW stars have made it clear that they are unhappy with their booking and lack of TV time in the company, including Andrade El Idolo and Miro.
Speaking on his Keepin it 100 podcast, Konnan was asked whether he believes FTR are being ‘punished’ after calling out Khan for their lack of booking in October of last year.
“I just think that it’s part of trying to stick 15 pounds of sh*t in a five-pound bag. He’s got all these stars, not enough TV time, he starts one storyline, starts another one, starts another one, starts another one, so it’s all over the place. I don’t think FTR’s being held back.”
FTR’s next match will come this Wednesday at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17 where they will defend the IWGP World Tag Team Championships against Bishamon.
Miro, who has competed just once in the past six months, recently met with Khan to discuss his booking and lack of TV time.
