WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle may be donning his singlet one more time as there is a chance he will wrestle again.
Angle retired from in-ring competition in 2019 after a loss to Baron Corbin at WrestleMania 35.
During his podcast on AdFreeShows, Kurt alluded to getting back in the ring.
“I’ve told so many reporters and people from the news that I was done but there is a chance that I might end up coming back.
“I don’t know when, but it’ll probably be for one last match.”
Angle explained that if he does wrestle again, it won’t be anytime soon due to recent double knee surgery.
“I’m in no position to think about wrestling right now. It’s been two and a half months since I had my knees replaced.
“I didn’t wanna do that [wrestle] until my knees got better but I’m not gonna lie to you. I think about it all the time.”
The decision to have Corbin as Angle’s final opponent drew backlash from fans who believed John Cena should have done the honors.
Cena debuted on WWE’s main roster in June 2002, in an impressive match with Angle that Kurt would win.
