Latest News On Shawn Michaels Possibly Working Another Match

Dave Meltzer reported in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the working idea is for WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels to come out of retirement.

As of this writing, the match is not going to be a singles contest and will likely take place on the November second show from Saudi Arabia. It was noted that WWE officials made a push for Michaels to work on the last show in Saudi Arabia with the idea of those shows being bigger shows financially than WrestleMania right now. The Prince’s fandom of WWE is mostly set in the 90s as he wanted Yokozuna, Undertaker, Jim Ross, Jerry Lawler, and Ultimate Warrior on the first show they did.

Michaels has said in the past that he would be interested in teaming with Triple H again. The WWE Hall of Famer retired in 2010 after a match with The Undertaker at WrestleMania 26.
