The WWE NXT locker room are said to be very sympathetic to Nash Carter following his release from the company this week.
Carter was released days after capturing the NXT Tag Team Championships at NXT Stand & Deliver following accusations of abuse by Kimber Lee.
On today’s Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer commented on the reaction to the release:
“In NXT, they are very sympathetic towards him. Gigi [Dolin], of course she is because she is the girlfriend.”
After news broke of Carter’s release, Dolin sent a tweet reading “This world makes me sick.”
WWE have not publicly commented on the matter nor have revealed the plans for the NXT Tag Team Championships which are seemingly solely held by Wes Lee at this time.
