Sami Zayn received help from Matt Riddle against The Bloodline during the closing moments of this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown.
Friday night’s episode saw Jey Uso defeat Zayn after Kevin Owens was attacked backstage by Solo Sikoa. Sikoa assaulted Zayn during the bout behind the referee’s back, helping Jey pick up the win.
Following the match, Sikoa unleashed a brutal assault on Zayn and attempted to deliver the Samoan Spike, but Jey stopped him.
Jey then landed a head kick to Sami and the two Bloodline stablemates went for the chairs. Matt Riddle ran down and made the save. The King of Bros sent the heels packing and stood tall with Zayn to close out the show.
