As previously reported here on eWN, AEW will have a TV-14 rating when they make their television debut on TNT in October. All Elite Wrestling is positioning their company as the true alternative to WWE.
However, while the product will be edgier, the company isn’t permitted to go all out with the violence. According to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer, TNT has given them specific bylaws regarding what lines they can’t cross.
AEW is set to debut their 2 hour live-weekly program on TNT starting October 2nd at 8pm ET. Currently, All Elite Wrestling has not revealed a title for the television program, despite branding concerns.
