According to a report from Fightful Select, Trinity, formerly known as Naomi, is set to become a free agent soon and will be wrapping up her time with TNA Wrestling.
Trinity is scheduled to defend her Knockouts Title later this month at Hard To Kill 2024, but it remains uncertain if this will be her final appearance with the promotion. Trinity joined TNA in May of last year after leaving WWE alongside Mercedes Mone.
The report mentioned that sources within WWE had expressed confidence about bringing her back a year ago. It is unknown whether this did not happen due to the unofficial hiring freeze within WWE at that time.
People within WWE believe that there is a strong possibility of her returning. Sources within TNA also anticipate her WWE return happening sooner rather than later.
Lastly, a source from WWE stated, “Something significant would have to occur for her not to return to WWE sooner rather than later, but this is a chaotic free-agent period.”
