In January 2025, WWE plans to move Monday Night RAW from the USA Network to Netflix. This will be the first time RAW will not air new episodes on a traditional television network.
The deal with Netflix is worth $500 million annually and will span over ten years. This represents a significant increase compared to WWE’s previous deal with NBCU, valued at approximately $250-260 million per year.
Subscribers of Netflix without ads will not experience any advertisements during regular commercial breaks, as reported by Alex Sherman of CNBC.
A new detail from the Netflix/Raw deal:
For Netflix subs that don't get ads (the vast majority of y'all)…
Raw matches will be scripted around commercial breaks. So you'll get some non-important match action (sustained headlocks!) instead of commercials. You won't get ads.
