New AEW Trademark, Jericho Files for His Own “Bubbly” Trademark

On September 20, 2019, AEW applied for the trademark of All Elite Fleet. The trademark was applied for a variety of uses including merchandise, video games, ringtones, and much more.

In other trademark news, Chris Jericho has applied to trademark “a little bit of the bubbly.” AEW also applied for that trademark but they applied on September 18 and Chris Jericho beat them to the filing, applying on September 10. Jericho’s trademark is intended for the following uses:

“Goods & Services: Bandanas; Hats; Shirts; Sweatshirts. FIRST USE: 20190905. FIRST USE IN COMMERCE: 20190905”

“Goods & Services: Champagne; Sparkling wines; Wine; Wines and sparkling wines”
