In a shocking turn of events that took place on Thursday, WWE released approximately 18 wrestlers from their contracts. The names include Karrion Kross, Keith Lee, Eva Marie, Mia Yim, B-Fab, Harry Smith, Nia Jax, Gran Metalik, Lince Dorado, Ember Moon, Franky Monet, Jessi Kamea, Katrina Cortez, Jeet Rama, Oney Lorcan, Trey Baxter and Zayda Ramier.
According to The Wrestling Observer, the vast majority of those names that were on the RAW and SmackDown brands respectively were on the standard 90-day non compete clauses. Those wrestlers will not be allowed to compete with any other wrestling promotion until February 2nd. Those names in particular include Karrion Kross, Keith Lee, Eva Marie, Mia Yim, B-Fab, Harry Smith, Nia Jax, Gran Metalik and Lince Dorado.
However, those that were released under the NXT brand have 30-day non compete clauses. Those names include Scarlett, Ember Moon, Franky Monet, Jessi Kamea, Katrina Cortez, Jeet Rama, Oney Lorcan, Trey Baxter and Zayda Ramier.
