New Japan Pro Wrestling has announced that Michael Elgin, who recently suffered a fractured orbital bone and will need to undergo surgery to get it fixed, will no longer be challenging Tetsuya Naito for the IWGP Intercontinental Championship at Power Struggle on November 5.
Jay Lethal has replaced Elgin at the event and will face Naoto.
