As we reported earlier today here on eWn, WWE Superstar Randy Orton is currently out of action with a back injury. There is some fear in WWE that he’ll need to undergo surgery and that could keep him out for the rest of 2022.
Randy Orton’s last match took place on the May 20th episode of WWE SmackDown. During the bout, he and Riddle lost to The Usos in a Tag Team Title Unification match.
During a recent interview with Sportskeeda, the father of Randy Orton, “Cowboy” Bob Orton commented on his son’s injury.

On Randy Orton’s injury: “He’s got a little bit of a back problem. I think he’ll take care of everything with rehab and everything. After more than 20 years, wear and tear on the body, it’s too much.”
On wishing Randy had a different finisher: “I kind of wish I could go back in time and create a finishing move that didn’t entail me jumping up as high as I can and landing on my back. After doing that a couple of thousand times over the last few decades, I’m starting to feel it”
